I am a CPA with over 20 years experience. I serve as outsourced controller for multimillion dollar businesses. I have also served on a committee for the City of Chula Vista and on my local homeowners association board of directors. These groups operate their meetings in a similar manner to the way the Otay Water District operates theirs.

He's a 20 year incumbent. I'm the only person standing between him and an implausible 24 years in office. Polls show over 80% of Americans support term limits whether they are Democrats or Republicans.
Looking at the financial statements, there was an unfunded pension liability of over $50 million at June 30 2023. The district only had $110 million cash and the annual revenue is only $120 million. This is a concerning situation.
Under his watch, The District recently lost an $18 million class action lawsuit and water rates seemingly always go up and never go down. It's time for new leadership!
